By using Papyr at trypapyr.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Papyr converts your notes and documents into visual sketchnotes and structured pages. Features vary by plan. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email and keep access to it.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not share accounts or attempt to access others' libraries.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it solely to provide the service. You must have rights to any material you submit.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, abusive, or infringing content.
• No attempts to bypass credit limits, security, or other accounts.
• No automated scraping or overload of our systems.

Plans, credits & payments

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select. Included Papyr credits reset monthly and form one pool for platform AI — sketchnotes, Ask, flashcards, and audio (sketchnotes and explain sections use 1 credit; study tools use fractions). After you generate an audio overview or flashcard set for a page, replaying or studying that saved artifact is free for as long as the page remains in your library; only an explicit regenerate uses credits again. See our Refund Policy for when unused credits may qualify for a refund. Prices may change with notice on the pricing page.

AI generation

Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Image models may refuse some prompts. You are responsible for how you use generated material.

Termination

You may stop using Papyr at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, access to your library may end; export important work beforehand.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim, or $100, whichever is greater, to the extent permitted by law.
